Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST may begin processing the following business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States): We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — rates and times calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — rates and times calculated at checkout
  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@norsechips.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders: Wholesale orders may have different shipping timelines and rates. Please contact us directly at sales@norsechips.com for wholesale shipping details.
