Our potatoes are locally sourced and, while not organic, they are non-GMO Project verified.

Yes! Our chips are100% made with beef tallow, which makes them crispier and healthier than chips made with seed oils.

Seed oils, like canola, sunflower, and soybean oil, are often highly processed and contain high levels of Omega-6 fatty acids, which, when consumed in excess, can contribute to inflammation and other health issues. We believe in using clean, simple ingredients, and beef tallow is a healthier alternative, offering a more natural source of fat with a more balanced fatty acid profile.

Yes! All our chips are gluten-free, so you can enjoy them without worry. (And they taste great, too!)

We keep it simple with clean ingredients: Potatoes, beef tallow, and seasoning. No added preservatives or artificial ingredients.

Orders placed before 2 pm Mountain time will ship the same day.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. However, we’re working on expanding our shipping options, so stay tuned!
