Introduction
This year, the Norse Roots team had the opportunity to attend Expo West 2026 (aka the "Super Bowl" of the food & beverage industry) alongside thousands of brands, retailers, distributors, and industry professionals from across the natural products space.
The event was an incredible experience and gave us the chance to connect directly with people who are passionate about innovation, nutrition, and functional foods.
Connecting with the Industry
One of the biggest highlights of the event was the opportunity to meet with retailers, partners, and fellow founders face-to-face.
Conversations throughout the week reinforced something we’ve believed from the beginning: consumers are increasingly looking for products built around transparency, quality ingredients, and practical functionality.
Product Feedback and Insights
Expo West also gave us valuable feedback directly from attendees.
Hearing what people enjoyed most about our premium beef tallow chips — and learning more about what customers are looking for moving forward — helps shape how we continue improving and expanding the Norse Roots lineup.
